Booking:
You are requested to deposit 20% of the total amount within 30 days prior to your arrival for confirmation of your trip and the remaining amount can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your program due to unavoidable circumstances, the company will refund a percentage of the deposit as follows:
Before a month prior: 95%.
Within three weeks: 75%
within two weeks: 50%
between one and two weeks: 25%
less than a week: 0%
Insurance
Clients must have their own insurance. If you have insurance, it covers all the costs of treatment and rescue transportation, which is quite expensive. It is very much effective for the relaxed travel. Rafting, Bungee jumping and Paragliding are some other adventurous fun in Nepal and insurance builds up your confidence to enjoy such activities.
Your personal belongings:
We take every caution to take care of your personal belongings during the journey. However, we do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to your luggage, property, or personal belongings during the journey and while in the possession of porters, pack animals or vehicles. (We recommend bringing small locks for your packs and luggage for added safety.)
Flight Delay/Cancellation:
We highly recommend that you schedule extra days between the trip end dates and your international departure. We will not be responsible for the factors beyond our control such as flight delay due to the weather, natural phenomena like flood, landslide, road blockage, protest and other immediate accidents. But, we try to help you as much as possible. In the event of light cancellation, food and accommodation expenses will be the clients responsibility. Good Vibe assumes no responsibility or liability for any change or modifications due to factors beyond our control.
Assumption of risk:
The traveler assumes the risks associated with the journey in respects to personal injury, illness, and death and also the travel delays.
Disclosure of Clients health:
Any client with a pre-existing medical condition or illness must declare the true nature of the condition at the time of booking and a medical statement from a physician confirming that they are fit to travel and undertake the given tour with the Good Vibe Adventure Company.
Special Requests:
Special needs such as dietary requirements must be requested in writing at the time of booking. We will make every attempt to accommodate the request.
Jurisdiction:
This contract in effect at the time of booking shall be subject to the laws of Nepal under the jurisdiction of the government of Nepal.
Complaints:
Good Vibe and the providers of the services delivered will consider any complaint whereby written notice is given to us within 15 days of the end of the activity.
